We are looking for an experienced Building Manager to work in a high-end development - Epsom.

What will you be doing as a Building Manager?

· Ensure effective and successful management of the development operations and staff

· Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders to make sure the operations run smoothly

· Oversee contractors and lead by example by providing exceptional customer service and maintain work at the highest standard

· Overall budgetary responsibility

· Respond to any queries and complaints professionally

· Accountability for resident experience

What are we looking for in a Building Manager?

· Experienced Building Manager who has worked in residential or mixed use buildings.

· Has management and budgetary experience

· One who has great understanding of operations and facilities management

· Passionate about customer service

· Driven, proactive, and can-do attitude!

· Relevant Facilities/Building Management/Health & Safety Qualifications

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
