This development is made up of over 200,000 sq ft of premium office space and amenities, combining sleek urban design with sustainable practices to make this a modern property fit for the 21st century. Having promoted a large number of their leadership team from within, the role will provide a strong platform for your continued career progression within a brand that is the envy of their competitors.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage building amenities professionally for occupier's satisfaction, ensuring a welcoming environment and service standards.

  • Foster occupier engagement and community building through forums like occupier meetings and events.

  • Conduct regular contract meetings with suppliers, assessing performance through KPIs.

  • Setting Service Charge budgets.

  • Address service/maintenance issues promptly and ensure accurate property information is available.

  • Ensure all property works adhere to health and safety regulations.

  • Support implementation of national/regional FM service strategies.

  • Overseeing the maintenance of building fabric and plant.

Our client is looking for an established building manager who relishes the opportunity of a platform to have your ideas heard and build a first-class FM service. You'll have an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification to support your H&S experience.
