Building risk and compliance advisor needed in Winchester £20.28ph ref 95293

As part of your role, you will assist with the delivery of a strategy to manage risks relating to buildings under the responsibility of property services (with particular focus on building maintenance), providing the necessary assurance and evidencing through a structured approach of checking, monitoring, auditing, and reporting. Ideally you will have a background in commercial building maintenance with statutory and nonstatutory compliance integral to that. You will have experience ensuring that contractors deliver to keep your buildings safe and functional

looking for someone with Mechanical and Electrical engineering experience / management who is aware  of compliance in these areas

Full time hours on a temporary basis.
