Building Services Engineer - M1 Corridor

Up to £40,000 + Extensive benefits package including Van, Fuel Card, and Bonus.

Leading Facility Management Consultancy are looking for a Building Services Engineer in the Bedfordshire/Buckinghamshire area to work on a range of commercial sites including offices and shopping centres. Work will take you along the M1 Corridor and will be a mixture of PPM, Re-Active and Upgrades.

To apply for the Building Services Engineer role the following experience is required:

  • 5-7+ years post qualification experience as a building services engineer or similar
  • To hold a biased in either Electrical (18th edition required) or Plumbing (HVAC or Plumbing)
  • Demonstrate experience in PPM, Active and where needed upgrade work and be happy to cover both mechanical and electrical projects
  • Ability to do overtime when required, based on site requirements
  • Full Driving License

This role is the perfect opportunity for a Building Services Engineer who is happy to stay 'on the tools' initially and then move into a QS role (knowledge at this level is beneficial) as the team develops.
