This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced Building Services Manager to join a Tier 1, world leader in Energy and Construction.

This role has come available due to expansion and consistent project wins. One of the projects you will be supporting a groundbreaking £100M+ project based in South Yorkshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and evaluating MEP design specifications and drawings
  • Actively contributing to the Design Management process, working closely with Design Manager's and construction professionals through the full project lifecycle
  • CDM regulations, Planning Conditions and Regulatory Approvals
  • Promoting buildability and cost efficiency across designs
  • Preparation of Employment requirements and Contractors proposals

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - effectively liaising with internal and external teams & departments
  • Professionally qualified in mechanical/electrical engineering or building services
  • Excellent working knowledge of construction techniques, sequences, methodologies and processes
  • Experienced understanding of Building Services British Standard Regulations and Industry Best Practice
