Building Surveyor
A thriving independent property surveying firm are looking for a bright and ambitious Building Surveyor to join their collaborative team, based in Stockport.
The Building Surveyors' role
The successful Building Surveyor will join a close-knit team of 8 to support an expanding project portfolio, covering markets such as commercial, industrial, residential, education and public.
In this role, the Building Surveyor will be exposed to a wide variety of work including elements of dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys and defect analysis as well as project management and contract administration services too.

The Building Surveyor
The successful Building Surveyor will need to be a self-motivated individual with the ambition to continuously develop their career.
- Newly qualified with MRICS is preferred
- 3+ years of consultancy experience is ideal
- Previous exposure to both project and professional workload
