My client are a chartered surveying practice with over 25 years' of success, based out of a Northwest Kent office with a close knit team of 3, who are now searching for a well-seasoned Building Surveyor to join them.

Role and responsibilities
The successful Building Surveyor will gain exposure to a prestigious private client base, with an array of estates and residential properties valuing up to £30M.
As the chosen Building Surveyor you'll have a particular focus on licenses to alter, whilst also carrying out the full spectrum of professional service lines including project monitoring, design and contract administration, schedules of conditions and dilapidations for both landlord and tenant.
Person specification
This role will be for a Building Surveyor who can work in a small team, off of their own initiative, with the ability to manage high value clients and projects.
- MRICS qualified or taking APC with 4+ years' of experience
- RICS accredited degree
- A strong knowledge and experience of licenses to alter
- Confident communicative skills - both written and verbal
- Attention to detail when reviewing drawings
