A respected, multi-disciplinary private practice is on the lookout for a Building Surveyor to enhance their Manchester team.

The Building Surveyors' role

The successful Building Surveyor will join a dynamic team, contributing to a variety of projects in collaboration with local authorities and housing associations.

The Building Surveyor will also have the opportunity to work on a number of commercial and education focused projects.

This role is designed to enhance the Building Surveyors' preferred skills and focuses, offering a flexible and autonomous opportunity perfect for career development.

The Building Surveyor

The Building Surveyor will hopefully be a team focused and driven individual.

  • A RICS Accredited Degree, ideally in Building Surveying
  • Previous consultancy experience
  • Either on the APC pathway or keen to start this process
