Our client a multi-disciplinary consultancy in Maidstone comprising of Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors and Structural Engineers are looking to add an experienced Building Surveyor to their team.

They provide a range of building surveying services for their residential and commercial clients such as building surveys, fabric surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, expert witness, schedules of works, condition surveys and project management.

Building Surveyor Position Overview
  • To complete a range of building surveying duties on residential and commercial buildings in the London and Kent area.
  • Working within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Building strong relationships with clients and providing them with expert advice when buying or making significant changes to their property
Building Surveyor Position Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience
  • BSc in Building Surveying or relevant qualification
  • Practical understanding of residential and commercial property
  • Living within commuting distance of the Maidstone area
  • Full Driving licence
Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
  • Salary: £35k - £55k
  • Holiday allowance
  • Company pension scheme
