Building Surveyor - Remote role for an autonomous working Surveyor!

A chartered surveying practice, with a head office in the North of England, are now seeking a self-motivated Building Surveyor to manage their South coast workload.

This is an opportunity that offers full autonomy, with a strong pipeline of work across the South coast.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will work on a portfolio of commercial properties, carrying out a wide range of service lines including dilapidations, schedules of conditions, reinstatement cost assessments and party wall matters.

As the chosen Building Surveyor, you'll work with both investor and occupier clients, managing your own workload.

Person specification

This role will suit a capable and self-sufficient individual, who can work on their own initiative.

  • MRICS or relevant years' experience
  • RICS accredited degree (Essential)
  • Well-rounded service line experience
  • Good communication skills with written ability
  • A clean UK driving license
