A highly-regarded multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is on the lookout for a bright Building Surveyor to join their expanding team based in Manchester.
The Building Surveyors' role
The Building Surveyor will become part of a diverse and stimulating environment, engaging with projects spanning various sectors such as social housing, office spaces, retail, industrial sectors, private healthcare, and student accommodations.
The successful Building Surveyor will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with prestigious blue-chip clients and delivering top-quality professional services. These services include building surveys, defect analysis, dilapidations, and schedule of condition surveys.

The Building Surveyor
- A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
- Chartered with MRICS is ideal but not essential
- Experience within a similar consultancy environment
- Ambitious to work towards a Senior position
