A national construction consultancy are looking for an ambitious Building Surveyor to join their expanding Leeds team.

The Building Surveyors' role

In this role, the Building Surveyor will join a successful and close-knit building consultancy team to provide a wide range of commercial professional services such as technical due diligence, defect analysis, party wall, measured surveys and planned maintenance.

The successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to manage a variety of projects such as refurbishment, fit-out and new build schemes across sectors including commercial, education and retail.

The Building Surveyor

The Building Surveyor will ideally be a driven individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.

  • RICS accredited degree
  • On APC pathway is preferred
  • Previous consultancy experience
  • Both project and professional experience
