A tailored multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for a focused Building Surveyor to join their expanding Newcastle team.
The Building Surveyors' role
The successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of high-profile projects, predominantly within the residential space, working with clients including social landlords and public sector organisations.
The Building Surveyor will have a focus on professional services such as condition surveys, defect analysis, party wall and expert witness.

The Building Surveyor
The Building Surveyor will ideally be an ambitious individual, eager to get stuck into a fresh challenge.
- RICS accredited degree is ideal
- Experience within the residential sector is preferred
- MRICS or on APC pathway
- Previous consultancy experience
