Salary up to £55,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance £5000 + Bonus + Pension + 25 Days Holiday

Blaymires Recruitment is representing a Surveying and Consultancy firm based near Romsey, Hampshire who are searching for a Building Surveyor to join their business.

The consultancy works closely with their clients to understand and manage cladding combustibility risk, defects and remedial issues. They are presently working with a range of clients from social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums and management companies.

They are looking for a Building Surveyor to undertake report writing and project management duties for the replacement of Cladding and Façade projects. You will be working with a team of façade experts, and you will be given the ongoing training and guidance relating to technical specifications.

The Successful Applicant
· Report writing skills.
· A minimum of four years’ technical delivery experience gained within a construction consultancy.
· Pre and post-contract experience.
· Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills.
· Strong IT skills (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel and other bespoke software).
· Organised, diligent and commercially astute.
· A team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
· Project management experience would be an advantage.

On Offer
· Salary up to £50,000-£60,000
· Car Allowance £5000.
· Bonus up to £3k per year.
