Salary expectation: £34,000 - £40,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join a well-established Building Consultancy team in Leeds, working across the commercial property sector.

To be considered for the Building Surveyor role, you will need:

  • A degree in Building Surveying or another relevant subject.
  • Experience carrying out various building surveys.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Experience with applications for local authority planning and building control consents, understanding the Building Safety Act regulations
  • To live in or near to Leeds and be willing to travel.
  • Have a full right to work in the UK.
