Are you a Building Surveyor looking for an exciting new opportunity? Blueprint Recruitment have a great contract role with one of our leading clients. They’re seeking an experienced professional to join their team, working on-site with a repeating schedule of two weeks of day shifts and one week of night shifts.

Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, specialising in sectors such as data centres, retail, sport and leisure, defence, healthcare, infrastructure, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conducting building surveys, including condition reports, dilapidation assessments, and building defects analysis.

-Preparing and delivering detailed reports and recommendations to clients.

-Managing and advising clients on compliance with building regulations and other legislative requirements.

-Undertake project management duties.

-Engaging with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved.

Key Requirements:

-Experience in building condition surveys (RAAC surveys experience would be desirable but not compulsory).

-A qualified Building Surveyor with an RICS accreditation or working towards it.

-Experience in building surveying.

-Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety standards, and construction practices.

-Proficient in the use of surveying and project management software.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

-The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
