Business Administrator

This professional services client based in the beautiful town of Farnham are seeking an organised administrator with fantastic attention to detail as well as being a confident communicator, you will be the first port of call for all incoming enquiries and will support the team with any administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Responding and managing inbound calls
  • Ensure that all calls are dealt with effectively
  • Call clients to obtain information for the team
  • Ensuring that all information is kept confidential
  • Updating the inhouse CRM database ensuring accuracy is always maintained
  • Support the team with all aspects of administration across the wider team

Skills

  • Experience in an administrative role preferably within a professional services environment
  • A natural communicator able to deal with a high volume of telephone calls
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Confident user of MS office
