Business Advisor

• Contract: 9-month fixed term
• Salary: £34,000 plus bonus and commission (Amazing company benefits)

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Advisor to join our team on a 9-month fixed term contract. This field-based role in the SW London area offers an immediate start and is an ideal opportunity for individuals with a sales background, including ex-military personnel, who are looking to apply their skills within a large global entity. A company car is provided, and a clean driving license is essential.

• Travel to various locations, meeting designated store visit rates and coverage targets.
• Enable staff to effectively sell products by providing education to retailers and retail staff.
• Investigate stock anomalies and ensure planogram compliance.
• Carry out merchandising and other in-call activities as required.
• Work across various channels including Independent, Symbol, Key Multiple Grocers, Wholesale, Gas, and Convenience.
• Drive category sales and performance by solving issues at store level and cascading action plans to rectify issues.
• Collaborate with accounts and Account Managers to provide effective solutions and monitor the impact of interventions.
• Participate in a comprehensive 6-week field-based training programme to develop the necessary skills and knowledge.

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in sales.
• Ability to travel and meet coverage targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address issues effectively at store level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Charismatic and engaging personality.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fun and dynamic team.
• Clean driving license is essential.
