Job Title: Business Advisory Admin Support Officer

Location: Antrim

Salary and Benefits: Salary up to £25k per annum

Hours of work: 37.5hours / week. Flexibility required

across 7 working days with occasional evening and weekend work.

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment have exclusively partnered with a well known Enterprise Agency in Antrim who are seeking a Business Advisory Support Officer

The Right role:

As the Business Advisory Support Officer, you will be assisting with developing and delivering the business support programmes and services. You’ll be a dedicated individual who understands the entrepreneurial journey. You’ll support the business advisors through connecting & engaging with clients, diary and event management and facilitating networking events.

· Support the Business Advisors and CEO with the development of new programmes.

· Contribute to tender submissions.

· Set up and maintain systems for the collection and recording of program & service data as required

· Act as the Client Relationship Executive processing incoming referrals to our programs in consultation with the business advisor, liaising with referring agencies when required and inputting referral information into the databases

· Deal promptly, politely and professionally with telephone callers, adhering to Antrim Enterprise’s confidentiality policy at all times

The Right Fit:

  • Demonstrable experience in scheduling appointments and diary management for a team.
  • Experience in setting up reminders for team members & clients for meetings, training and other events.
  • Strong administration, organisational skills and process driven.
  • Flexible and open to change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
  • Proven track record in generating new business and delivering on targets.
  • Experience in relationship building and account management.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, Social Media platforms, CRM, and online meeting platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present it in a user-friendly format.
