The Company client is currently partnered with a leading Consultancy to support their search in finding a Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow experience to join on a contract basis.

The end-client is looking to enhance their service management capability using BMC automation tools.

They are looking for someone with the following experience:

• Someone who has worked in Service Management - BMC Remedy, ServiceNow etc..
• ITIL background - familiar with working practices, someone who knows about change management / problem management / incident management
• Ideally understands Automation with AI (such as chat bot tools)
• Strong experience with automating processes and operating models
• Good working knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM
• Exposure to working longer-term contracts, able to clearly demonstrate their achievements and tangible outcomes across their previous projects

This contract will be for an initial period of 3 months with the view to extend as this is a multi-year programme.  

The client are based in the centre of Manchester and will require this person to be on-site 2x days per week.
