Business Analyst - Product

Altum Consulting are pleased to be partnered with a global luxury hospitality brand to source a Business Analyst. You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer to understand the key drivers of the business and the tasks the business needs to undertake. Getting to know how teams work and interact is key, as is documenting current processes, use of systems and technology, capabilities and areas for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying problems, researching issues, and recommending solutions for the correct functioning of the organisation collaborating at all times with the team.
• Monitoring and analysing the SOPs of the organisation.
• Following up, gathering, and analysing data to prepare dashboards for the CPO of all projects of the organisation.
• Preparing dashboards of key KPI, including ESG
• Monitoring trends in the sector and report findings and recommendations.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree Business, Finance or Engineering
• 2-4-year experience Business Analyst in a consulting firm, in an investment bank or in a large corporation
• Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of Accounting Principles
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, including MS Project
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL
• Languages - English preferably, fluency in Spanish and French are a plus
