Business Analyst - Remote - up £55K

The company

Oscar Technology is engaged with an environmental company who are looking for a Business Analyst to gather requirements and work collaboratively with the wider business, including Finance and Commercial.

The role

This person will be leading on workshops and suggesting solutions that would best suit the business, owning the as-is and to-be process and working closely with the Development team to ensure this has been delivered. They will also be responsible for owning the Business Analysis processes and report to the Director.

Required Experience

  • Engage with colleagues to understand the business environment, including operating models, markets, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders in the organisation.
  • Responsible for the as-is and to-be process flows
  • Excellent communication skills, experience working with senior stakeholders up to C-suite level
  • Leading workshops and advising on solutions best fit for the business
  • Experience in ERP systems and implementation is highly desirable.

This is a fully remote role, with the requirement to attend the head office once per month (expenses eligible)
