Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst (SC Cleared)

We are currently recruiting a pro-active Business Analyst to perform specific, customer led and defined deliverables, to work on Remote Desktop Project Delivery and the development of W365.

Rate - £550.00 per day to overall assignment rate of umbrella

Location - Wiltshire (once a week onsite)

Duration - Until March 2024 with the opportunity of extension

The Role and Key Responsibilities

Business analyst will support the drivers of our continued growth of the remote desktop and W365.

  • Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify systems processes that require improvement.
  • Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency.
  • Create and implement management plans for the remote desktop and W365 projects.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate quality assurance to Senior Leadership Team
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.
  • Evaluate, analyse, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
  • Working with the M365 team and the same project as the PM / Intune resource
