Salary: up to £45,000 (flexible for the right candidate)

Location: Remote (must be UK-based)

Are you a Business Analyst with experience strong project management and delivery experience, whom has worked with SaaS implementations?

The Role:

As a Business Analyst specialising in SaaS projects, your primary responsibility is to ensure successful project outcomes by utilising your expertise in project management and delivery. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, playing a vital role in analysing, designing, and implementing SaaS projects that align with organisational goals. Responsibilities include Requirements gathering; Documentation and Analysis; Project Management and Planning; Quality Assurance; Solution Design; Data Analysis; Stakeholder Communication; Change Management and Post-Implementation Support.

The client is a fast-growing cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) company who provide and develop a leading supplier management software. They work on cutting edge technology, and have lots of opportunities for growth, progression and professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong individual who is excellent at dealing with customers and is not afraid of pushing back on customer demands.
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience in project managing and delivering SaaS projects.
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Proven ability to develop and implement solutions that optimise business operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Jira and Confluence

Nice to haves…

• Knowledge of Procurement or Supply Chain Management sector is a plus.
• Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus.
