Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with experience working within the legal sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes and system processes
  • Prepare comprehensive business cases, project plans, and reports.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the legal sector.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
