Responsibilities

• End to end analysis of requirements and identify gaps and potential issues
• Work on a range of finance projects within the function
• Partner with stakeholders internally to understand business requirements and objectives
• Lead workshops and meetings to gather information and document accurately
• Create BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flow maps
• Work with technical teams to design solutions
• Provide training to users on new business processes

Experience

• Business Analyst experience working on end to end implementation of ERP solutions
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Large scale transformation experience with process mapping and creating user stories
• Good understanding of various technologies and platforms
• Experience working within low maturity environments highly desirable
• Previous experience in oil/gas/shipping/maritime/logistics
