Hybrid worker (3 days in the office)

Overview:

  • Sits within the Transformation Team
  • Liverpool City Council is embarking on an exciting transformation programme of unprecedented breadth and scale.
  • As a result, we’re expanding our Transformation Team and are looking for three Business Analysts to support on two programmes (Adult Social Care and Customer).

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with the business to review complex service processes and identify improvements
  • You will lead on embedding a business improvement way of working at all levels and demonstrate the value of working in this way
  • You will ensure that our business analysis practices are reviewed regularly to make sure they’re still fit for purpose and in line with industry best practice
  • You will work on business cases to ensure that our projects and programmes are delivering best practice
  • You will support our Assistant Business Analysts to help them successfully achieve their work objectives through sharing your knowledge and expertise.

What you’ll need:

  • We’d love to hear from you if you’re passionate about delivering change that benefits the people who live and work in Liverpool.
  • Alongside the foundation of a business analysis qualification or equivalent experience, you’ll be skilled at understanding and improving processes, and will be able to facilitate workshops to support with this.
  • You’ll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to demonstrate attention to detail.
  • You’ll be able to build good inter-personal skills and be able to work with cross-functional teams.
