Business Analyst - ServiceNow
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead and support an initial 7-month ServiceNow implementation project.
This role will bridge business needs with technical delivery, aligning strategic objectives with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to define business requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure scalable and sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the strategic liaison between business units and technical teams on the ServiceNow platform.
Define and prioritise epics, features, and user stories in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
Translate business objectives into clear functional and non-functional requirements for the development team.
Oversee development alignment to business architecture, ensuring delivery meets business goals.
Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience writing detailed user stories, epics, and managing a product backlog.
Familiarity with ServiceNow development lifecycle including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
This role is Inside IR35 and is fully remote working.
