Business Change Analyst

An IT-focused business on the outskirts of Leeds is looking for an experienced Business Change Analyst for their team. The company operate B2B and have made very significant growth over the last few years.

The company have developed their own CRM which is crucial to the business - it handles everything from on-boarding, metering, billing, payments and more.

You'll be coming in as the 3rd member of the Business Analyst team - each BA looks after different parts of the CRM and will have autonomy of improving processes, resolving business users' issues and more. As a tech team, they are very outgoing and need someone to have strong stakeholder management skills.

Your role will be working the CRM on a daily basis, so extensive experience working with CRM's is essential for the role. There is constant change within their CRM, and it'll be your role to manage these changes and the changes to any processes. They're also looking for someone that has experience of working in a Business Analyst role within the utilities sector, ideally this would be within in the energy sector but they're happy to consider people from other utility backgrounds such as telecoms, water etc.

Other things that could make you stand out for this role would be experience of IT project management including any project management certifications, exposure to data visualisation products such as PowerBI, and experience of working in a smaller business - they are very much a team that wear a few different hats and sometimes have to go out with their comfort zone. This would be expected of you as well, so prior examples of this could be very handy.

The company are based on the outskirts of Leeds and are looking for someone to be in the office 50% of the time. In terms of salary, they have a budget in mind of up to £55,000 but are happy to pay market value and can stretch the budget for excellent candidates. On top of this, they've paid out a bonus the last couple of years - this was a discretionary bonus, so is by no means guaranteed but if the company continues on the same path as they are on just now, there's nothing to say that they won't continue to pay out this bonus.
