We are working with an organisation, in the Education sector, who are looking for a Business Change Lead. This is to look at the people side of change, rather than a technical individual. This role involves engaging with stakeholders across the organisation and across several departments to understand the impact of change.Experience with student systems change will be an advantage, specifically Ellucian Banner but this is not essential. You must have third party system experience as this will be a key relationship and part of the role.The role will have flexible working possibilities with only occasional travel expected to the Southampton area, 12-month contract.
Essential Skills:

  • Understanding the significance of change management in program and project delivery.
  • Developing comprehensive change management plans with mapped activities, milestones, deliverables, outcomes, and benefits identification.
  • Analysing situations systematically, resolving problems, identifying causes, anticipating implications, and making informed decisions.

Further details:

  • Salary between £44,000-£56,000
  • Flexible working
  • 12-month fixed term contract
