A Global Investment Bank is looking for a Business Change Manager to join their Enterprise Program Management (EPM) team. Included in the current portfolio of projects under EPM management is the Know Your Customer Client Lifecycle Management (KYC CLM) Project. This role will deliver the project management function for this project, working with teams across Financial Crime, Compliance, Operations, Regulatory, Legal and IT in London and the other EMEA offices. The ideal candidate for this role is a Business Change Manager with a demonstrable track record of leading organisational change, with a strong understanding of target operating model development within a corporate banking environment.
Start Date - ASAP
Location - London
Duration - initial 6 months
Rate - £750pd via Umbrella
Hybrid - up to 3 days a week in the office
Key Requirements:
- Must have a strong Investment/ Corporate Banking background.
- Must have experience delivering Client Onboarding, KYC/ AML and CDD processes.
- Must have experience of implementing CLM tooling.
- Knowledge of corporate banking products, systems, and processes.
- Must have strong stakeholder engagement skills as they will need to ensure buy-in and adoption of new processes.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence and Monday.com desirable
- Work across functions, legal entities, technologygroups and business areas to deliver projects
