This is a full-time, permanent remote position with flexible working hours. You can be based anywhere within the UK.

The Role

As the Business Consultancy Team Leader, you will:

•    Manage a small team of Business Consultants, providing mentorship and support to help them reach their full potential.
•    Deliver expert business consultancy on large complex projects 
•    Maintain strong relationships by understanding customer needs and motivations.
•    Work towards team targets, drive team growth and ensure successful project delivery
•    Collaborate with other Team Leaders to improve overall delivery capabilities.

Ideal Candidate

•    Proven track record in a Business Consulting role, with knowledge of best practices.
•    Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and managing a team.
•    Willingness to take on additional duties beyond the standard job description.
•    Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
•    Understanding of consumer goods businesses and their commercial and financial processes.
•    Ideally, experience with Trade Promotion software.
•     Willing to travel once or twice a year.
