Business Development Advisor

Lytham

£25k raising to £28k after 3 month probation

OTE £30k

Do you have a Customer Service /Account Manager back ground?

Do you currently thrive in a B2B world and want to progress?

Customer service is vital for this role as you maintain regular communications with business contacts to remain 'front of mind' and encourage increased business
Develop communications plans for agencies and ensure planned activities are completed
On-board new business, assess business potential, and develop plan to secure additional registrations

Fielding incoming calls and emails
Attend regular training sessions relevant to the role
Attend presentations and training sessions to improve business development relationships and skills
Ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date with accurate and relevant information to assist with Business Development and Marketing communications
Liaise with internal departments to resolve contractor and agency queries
Collate and send out merchandise and Point of Contact packs to agencies

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Confident
Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
Time management
Good team player
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Basic IT literacy / internet usage
Recruitment or accountancy background an advantage
Sales experience an advantage
