Job Title: Business Development - IT/Tech Sector

Location: Brighton

Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid Options Once Established

Salary: 40k base salary with OTE 100k

The Role

As a Business Development consultant, you will be instrumental in growing our presence in the UK IT/Tech market. This client-focused role involves:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients in the UK
  • Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within the IT/Tech sector
  • Achieving and exceeding sales and performance targets
  • Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met

About You

  • Proven Billings: Demonstrated success in billing within the recruitment industry, specifically in the IT/Tech sector
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT/Tech recruitment market
  • Client Focused: Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
  • Driven and Competitive: Strong desire to succeed and maximise earning potential
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
