This is Field based role

IMMEDIATE START AND INTERVIEWS

  • Salary: upto £40k basic plus uncapped OTE plus car Allowance
  • Based in Swindon (covering between Swindon and Reading)

Our client based in Swindon, is one of the UK's largest business supplies and services company. They are now seeking an experienced Business Development/ Sales professional to join a growing team.

Your role will be vital in driving the growth, leveraging our extensive range of products and services. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, cultivating, and managing new business opportunities, alongside managing and growing the accounts you've won.

  • Sales Reporting

Each of these responsibilities are integral to the role of a Business Development Executive and will require a dynamic individual capable of juggling multiple tasks. Your ability to effectively fulfil these responsibilities will directly influence our company's market presence and profitability.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, business development, or a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve matters effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
