Business Development Executive

***BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ***
We are pleased to be recruiting an energetic and highly motivated Business Development Executive with an appetite for success to join an expanding sales team based in Farnham. You will play a crucial role in the sales process by identifying and qualifying potential leads which will result in driving the company's growth and success.
This role requires a proactive individual with confident communication skills and a passion for sales.
Salary £25-30K depending on experience + commission
Key responsibilities for the Business Development Executive include;

• Researching, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Generate leads by making volume out-bound B2B calls
• Develop strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Discuss IT requirements i.e. fiber lines, connectivity, audio/visual needs etc

The ideal Business Development Executive will need;

• Some previous office based sales experience preferred
• Have a professional, confident and persuasive telephone manner
• Have a generally good grasp of IT requirements
• A proven ability to identify sales opportunities and generate leads
