Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Remote - with occasional travel to attend client meetings

Salary: £24-27k base (depending on experience) + commission based on targets

Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

Our client with over 100 years’ experience in the world of print, Service Graphics combines the most knowledgeable team with the most modern of technology. This has made them one of Britain’s biggest names in digital print.

Role:

Are you a commercially driven Business Development Specialist with a digital mindset, who is passionate about print culture and brand identity? If so, then this is the role for you. As part of product expansion, this role is newly created and comes complete with plenty of exciting projects to get your teeth into!

This position will oversee customer onboarding and engagement with a strong focus on delivering qualified prospects to ensure new subscriber’s expansion and existing customer retention.

The Business Development Specialist is a dynamic and attentive individual who is adept at relationship building, and a strong, decisive team player that builds a climate of service excellence by maximizing the performance of their area.

Main Duties:

  • Identify selling possibilities and suitable prospects
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking and social media
  • Collaborate with sales team to evaluate existing company client’s portfolio and identify product prospects
  • Set up demo meetings with qualified leads
  • Prepare and run initial demo presentations
  • Provide customer service support, manage online demo requests and hello@mailbox
  • Manage portal prospects, produce visual diagrams/charts to illustrate progress and share with key stakeholders
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data for key stakeholders and customers
  • Record sales figures and produce reports
  • Support Account Manager up to the agreement sign off
  • Liaise with suppliers on customer requirements
  • Participate on behalf of the product in trade shows, exhibitions and events
  • Liaise with marketing team on product campaigns and comms
  • Support Account Manager to increase engagement of existing subscribers

Skills:

- Experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

- Proficiency in English

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus (e.g. HubSpot)

- Thorough understanding of marketing and sales techniques

- Fast learner and passion for sales

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
