Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing business development opportunities to drive growth
  • Identifying opportunities to create new sales leads to meet revenue targets
  • Utilising telephone sales, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
  • Ensuring a strong sales approach is completed each week on existing and prospective clients
  • Building and maintaining a master list of contractors, ensuring weekly growth
  • Achieving personal KPIs
  • Learning and retaining in-depth knowledge of industry-specific value propositions
  • Identifying customer needs and targeting accordingly
  • Following CRM processes to ensure a full understanding and analysis of available clients, contacts and prospects
  • Setting up and completing business development presentations
  • Driving hot leads from the Delivery team
  • Hosting and attending corporate hospitality events
  • Negotiating sales

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Prior sales experience is preferable
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a fast-paced team environment
  • Highly driven to achieve results
