Business Development Executive
Our client, a passionate, market-leading organisation, is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team. This is a role that comes with growth and career development opportunities, as well as exciting challenges and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing business development opportunities to drive growth
- Identifying opportunities to create new sales leads to meet revenue targets
- Utilising telephone sales, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
- Ensuring a strong sales approach is completed each week on existing and prospective clients
- Building and maintaining a master list of contractors, ensuring weekly growth
- Achieving personal KPIs
- Learning and retaining in-depth knowledge of industry-specific value propositions
- Identifying customer needs and targeting accordingly
- Following CRM processes to ensure a full understanding and analysis of available clients, contacts and prospects
- Setting up and completing business development presentations
- Driving hot leads from the Delivery team
- Hosting and attending corporate hospitality events
- Negotiating sales
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Prior sales experience is preferable
- Ability to communicate effectively within a fast-paced team environment
- Highly driven to achieve results
