Responsibilities:

  • Uncover and qualify potential customers through research, social media magic, emails, and even some well-placed cold calls.
  • Provide exceptional service, understand business needs, and deliver the perfect training solution
  • Research and identify new customers who could benefit from ITEC's expertise.
  • Confidently showcase the range of training solutions we offer to meet each customers unique goals.
  • Become a CRM whiz to keep track of leads and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of achieving Lead Generation Goals: Experience in sales, telesales, or lead generation ideally.
  • You have excellent written and verbal skills to connect with customers and build relationships.
  • You thrive in a self-directed environment achieving targets.
  • You're comfortable using office IT systems and a CRM platform.
  • You can bounce back from setbacks and keep pushing forward.
