Our client is a young, innovative but established finance company, aiming at supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs to access funds needed for growth. Growth has been fuelled by a dedication to providing business owners with the highest service quality.

Due to rapid growth, our client is looking for a Business Development Executive. The right candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to work closely with both senior internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Canvassing existing and potential new contacts via outbound calls to discuss new requirements and opportunities
  • Generating and qualifying new leads through proactive outreach
  • Recording details of correspondence and interactions on the CRM system
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Responding to initial queries to aid in the sales process
  • Supporting and training partners on the client’s Connect APP and technology suite
  • Completion of partner reviews


Competencies:

Full training will be provided, which will consider your current level of knowledge and experience and the fact that you are likely to be new to the asset finance sector.

  • Strong communicator with excellent telephone manner
  • Self-driven and highly motivated
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Target driven
  • Confident in working alone and within a team
  • Problem solver
  • Adaptable – Processes regularly change for the better at our client’s company and we need to be able to adapt to new ways of doing things.
