Business Development Consultant - Recruitment

35k to 40k DOE - (realistic year 1 OTE 50k-£60k) year 1, 60k - 80k year 2

They currently have clients throughout the UK, Europe & USA.

The Role of the Business Development Consultant;

As a Business Development Consultant you will focus on "opening doors", you will do this by identifying and engaging the appropriate business leaders, and gain the prospect’s commitment and generate opportunities for you and the team to delivery.

Your role is to continuously produce beginning stage, qualified meetings that convert to the sales pipeline.


Duties of the Business Development Consultant will include:

  • Building canvas lists of prospects
  • Following up warm leads qualified by marketing
  • Building business relationships with prospects
  • Identifying prospects to target
  • Booking qualified meetings
  • Attending meetings with the BD Directors
  • Direct Marketing (calling)
  • Digital Marketing (email & social media)
