Do you want the chance to work for an honest, straightforward and ambitious law firm in the centre of Leeds?

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth from our existing client database. Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you will provide insights and recommendations that support our legal partners across the business in assisting with managing their client relationships and spotting new opportunities!

This is a NEW and EXCITING opportunity for someone looking to begin their business development career!


WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

  • £24000-£30,000 PER ANNUM
  • Monday-Friday, 9.00am-17.30pm
  • Hybrid working - 1 day from home during training, then increasing thereafter
  • 25 days annual leave + statutory holidays

A SNAPSHOT OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE’S DAY

  • Collect, analyse, and report on data related to our business development activities.
  • Be able to generate actionable insights for business development, improvement and growth.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of potential leads and opportunities and report progress to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor the success of client engagement and ensure follow-up activities are being actioned.
  • Support our legal partners with data administration, ensuring data quality and reporting using existing CRM/BI tools.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection.
  • Support the delivery of the wider marketing activity, including marketing content on digital platforms when required.


Does this sound like a good fit for you? Please read on for the essential skills our client is hoping you will be able to showcase:

  • A qualification in business administration, data analytics, marketing or similar.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting preferable though not essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
  • Experience in BD activities, preferably though not essential, in a professional services environment.
  • Confident working with colleagues at all levels, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
