Business Development Executive Role Overview :

• Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Development to uncover and develop fresh commercial leads.
• Address queries from potential clients that arise through the company’s digital presence, subscriber community, physical retail location, and strategic collaborators.
• Beyond managing inbound interest, actively seek to cultivate new client relationships and boost revenue.
• Deliver outstanding service standards while consistently aiming to surpass expectations at every stage of the customer’s interaction.
• Offer guidance and support to clients as they navigate their highly-personalised experience.
• Consistently relay insights, including client feedback and operational concerns, to the product and operational team for continued improvement.

Business Development Executive Skills and Experience required:

• Demonstrated expertise in identifying and securing commercial opportunities.
