Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance
Locations: Midlands & North of England
Our client, a multi-award-winning short-term property lender, is experiencing significant growth and is now seeking an experienced Bridging Finance Business Development Manager (BDM) to work closely with intermediaries across the Midlands and North of England.
This fantastic opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated and driven individual who may be facing frustrations in their current firm and desires to work with genuine people, competitive products, efficient back office processes.
You'll manage a large database of broker relationships and proactively bring new ones on board. We're looking for someone who can think "outside of the box" and isn't afraid to go the extra mile.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Development Manager within specialist property finance. We seek stability in your career and will not consider jumpy CVs.
- We seek someone with a positive outlook willing to make things happen. We have competitive products which are received well in the intermediary community.
- A Bridging and/or Development Finance background is essential
- Ability to communicate effectively on different levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Confident presenting in front of small and large audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate, build trust, and influence at a senior level.
- Demonstrable professional integrity and a strong work ethic.
Package:
Salary: Up to £80k basic salary + Uncapped Bonus (Quarterly and Annual)
