Area to be covered: South

Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + uncapped commission circa £6,000 - £10,000 on top

Benefits: £500 car allowance + benefits package

The role of the Business Development Manager - Fabricated Surfaces will involve:

• Field sales position selling our clients bespoke range of fabricated surfaces and products such as: shower trays, kitchen worktops, reception desks, bathrooms and other fabrication
• Majority of your time will be spent selling to / generating specifications with architects, specifiers, interiors designers and end users
• The remaining time will be spent selling to and dealing with contractors and bespoke one off developers
• Targeting a wide variety of sectors including: commercial, airports, education, healthcare, transport, hospitality and retail to name just a few (end users include schools, hospitals, high street stores, commercial office, sports centres, labs etc)
• Targeted to increase a £1.2m turnover

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager - Fabricated Surfaces with:

• Must have technical field sales experience
• Must have specification sales experience with A&D architects, interior designers, specifiers and end users
• Open in terms of what products you’ve sold
• Fabrication experience would be advantageous however not essential
• Self-sufficient problem solver with a learn as you develop attitude
• Sales attributes such as negotiation skills, commercial awareness and strong decision making will be advantageous
