As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in a dynamic international sales team, spearheading the growth of the business and taking up unused manufacturing capacity with new customer wins at our Client's UK and international plants. Your focus will be on enhancing our Clients' presence within the industrial sector, selling contract-manufactured injection-moulded and blow-moulded plastics components, general packaging, and traffic management solutions with a focus on the UK market.
As a Business Development Manager, your role is multifaceted and exciting. You will dive into comprehensive market research to uncover potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights, using this data to craft impactful business strategies. You will also connect with potential customers, building relationships, offering customised solutions, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. Your journey will involve strategic sales planning, revenue generation, innovative collaboration on packaging solutions, skillful negotiation of terms, and the crucial task of providing insightful reports on sales performance and market trends to drive future revenue growth.
