Business Development and Marketing Manager - Litigation and Restructuring

I'm excited to be working with a prestigious law firm with a global presence, known for their excellence in legal services. Their London office is a hub of innovation, collaboration, and client-focused work. As a key Member of their Marketing & Business Development team, you'll be part of a culture that values diversity, integrity, and professional growth.

As Business Development Manager, responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with practice and industry leaders to develop and execute marketing and client development plans.
  • Deepen knowledge about our clients, their business needs, and relevant capabilities to foster cross-selling.
  • Manage business development infrastructure, ensuring high-quality marketing collateral and efficient processes.
  • Lead RFPs, pitches, and other business development projects.
  • Prepare submissions for practice rankings, awards, and league tables.
  • Mentor junior team members and embody service excellence.

Requirements:

  • A proven background in professional marketing or business development.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services organisation, familiarity with CRM databases, and knowledge of relevant practice areas/industries.
