ROLE: Business Development Manager - Luxury Packaging

Salary: £40K-£50K + Car + Package

Location: Hertfordshire - Hybrid

Sales Development Manager | Luxury Packaging | Hybrid

A hugely successful packaging group with a London base, offering skill in developing initial packaging concepts, to create memorable unboxing experiences! Their expertise and offering spans design, sourcing, print, manufacturing, and managing global distribution!

As Sales Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Developing new business across premium boxes, bags, cartons and luxury packaging
  • Pursuing and securing new clientele across a broad spectrum of industries
  • Adopting a consultative stance to offer solutions through the company's offerings
  • Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies
  • Managing accounts once accounts onboarded

Key attributes required:

  • Proven new business experience within the Luxury Packaging / Direct Mail / Packaging industry.
  • Business acumen to source business using techniques such as cold calling
  • Essential experience within the packaging industry, desirable within bags, boxes and premium packaging
  • A strong relationship builder - account management skills are essential.
