Our client, a specialist buildings maintenance company, are looking for a Business Development Manager to take them to the next level. The role of the Business Development Manager will be to identify new business opportunities and build out the client base of the business.

What the Business Development Manager will be doing:

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and clients.
  • Work with internal teams to make sure seamless service for customer/clients.
  • Create & deliver presentations to potential new clients.
  • Negotiate contracts/agreements with new businesses.
  • Monitor and report on the sales service, improving where possible.
  • Research the market for latest trends and potential areas of growth.

What you can offer to the Business Development Manager role:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development/sales.
  • Previous experience within the M&E industry (desired)
  • Great negotiation and communicational skills.
  • Strong track record of hitting and surpassing targets.
  • Proficient with CRM systems.
