Job Title: Business Development Manager - Mould & Condensation Control Systems

Area to be covered: South East

Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000 + commission

Benefits: car allowance or company car and comprehensive benefits package

The role of the Business Development Manager - Mould & Condensation Control Systems will involve:

  • External sales position selling the supply, service and installation of mould & condensation systems for example: domestic ventilation, upgraded insulation, maintenance & ventilation contracts, mould eradication etc
  • All of your time will be spent selling to / interacting with local authorities, letting agents within social housing
  • Targets will be determined on your experience
  • Majority if your time will be spent generating new business
  • Covering through the South East (would be flexible in terms of what projects you can chase)

The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager - Mould & Condensation Control Systems with:

  • Must have dealt with repair teams within social housing sector
  • Ideally from a service sales background however would consider a product based sales professional
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Hungry and passionate about sales
  • IT literate, target driven, motivated and hungry to succeed
